Frequently Asked Questions

  • How is the beef sold?
    Our beef is sold by the 1/8, 1/4, 1/2, and whole. We also sell our ground beef in 1lb packages along with soup bones and organ meat. Our individual cuts are USDA inspected.
  • How much beef willI get?
    1. 1/8 of beef averages 50lbs 2. 1/4 of beef averages 120lbs 3. 1/2 of beef averages 240lbs 4. A whole cow averages 480lbs
  • When is beef available for purchase?
    We offer beef when our cows are on their roational grazing schedule ( which is daily). This typically starts the beginning of May when grass is abundant and continues through the fall. During this time we schedule 3 times to harvest our beef.
  • How much will it cost?
    Depending on your order, prices start around $400.00. We do required a $200 deposit to reserve your beef. Our pricing includes cut and vacuumed sealed with pick up at our farm.
