Our beef is sold by the 1/8, 1/4, 1/2, and whole. We also sell our ground beef in 1lb packages along with soup bones and organ meat. Our individual cuts are USDA inspected.
Cuts included in your 1/8, 1/4, 1/2, or whole cow are the following-
✔️Ground Beef - 1lb packages
✔️Steaks- cut 1 in thick - Strip Steak, Tenderloin, Rib Steak, Flank or Skirt,and Sirloin
✔️ Roasts- Choice of Chuck, Arm, Sirloin Tip, Rump
✔️Choice of Round Steak OR London Broil/Eye of Round Roast
✔️Short Ribs
✔️Soup and Beef Bones
✔️Stew Meat
✔️Optional- Heart, Liver, Tongue, Ox Tail, Cheek, and Suet
1. 1/8 of beef averages 60lbs
2. 1/4 of beef averages 120lbs
3. 1/2 of beef averages 240lbs
4. A whole cow averages 480lbs
We offer beef when our cows are on their roational grazing schedule ( which is daily). This typically starts the beginning of May when grass is abundant and continues through the fall. During this time we schedule 3 times to harvest our beef. Bulk orders are available to reserve during this time, but we also have ground beef available all year.
An 1/8 of beef is $9/lb and averages 60lbs = $540
A 1/4 of beef is $9/lb and averages 120lbs = $1080
A 1/2 of beef is $8.90 and averages 240lbs = $2136
A whole cow is $8.80 and averages 480lbs = $4,224
* The total price is dependent on boxed weight
* You deposit goes toward the total cost
*Our pricing includes cut and vacuumed sealed with pick up at our farm.
