How We Sell Our Beef

​We offer our farm-raised beef in bulk portions to fit a variety of family sizes and freezer space:

​We also offer

:​• Ground beef in 1-lb packages

• Select organ meats

• Soup bones

When We Sell Our Beef

Our bulk beef orders are typically processed three times per year. This schedule follows our rotational grazing program, which helps ensure consistent flavor and quality in every cut. Previous customers are given first priority when orders open. If any shares become available after returning customers have made their selections, they will be offered to new customers. If you’d like to be added to our waitlist, please submit the form below and we’ll contact you when availability opens.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much freezer space do I need?

Approximate freezer space needed:    

•    1/8 beef: 2–3 cubic feet  

 •    1/4 beef: 4–5 cubic feet    

•    1/2 beef: 8–10 cubic feet

How is the beef packaged?

All beef is professionally processed, vacuum sealed, and labeled for easy storage.

Do I get to choose my cuts?

Cuts are standard with a few options  and share size. We’ll provide details at ordering time.

Where do I pick up my beef?

Pickup location is at our farm. We will set up a day and time when your beef is ready.

Do you offer individual cuts?

We focus on bulk beef shares, but we do offer ground beef, organ meats, and soup bones separately while supplies last.

How will I know when ordering opens?

Waitlist members are contacted first by email or phone when new shares become available.
